Hallie is the youngest child of John and Wendy Shoffner and grew up in Shoffner, Arkansas. Hallie has a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and her master’s degree from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Doug Davis has been involved in agriculture throughout his life. A native of Cotton Plant, Arkansas, Doug grew up on his family farm and aerial application service. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and started his professional career at Lawhon Farm Service in Wheatley. Doug has been with SFR Seed since 2007 as Production and Sales Manager in Newport and Des Arc.
Doug lives in McCrory with his wife Jonna, an elementary school teacher, and their children, Tanner, Ryce, Brody, Tyler, Melanie and Brittany as well as two grandchildren, Mason and Marley.

Kyle is a native of Grubbs, Arkansas. He started his career in agriculture with Farmers Elevator in 1993 conditioning, treating and packaging seed. For the past 17 years, he has worked for Riceland Foods – 13 years in the milling process and four years as the Shipping & Packaging Superintendent.
Kyle lives in Grubbs with his wife, Shawna, a CSR at Merchants & Planters Bank in Newport, and his daughter, Shelby. They attend Central Baptist Church in Newport. Kyle is an avid Razorback fan.

Growing up on a family farm in Grubbs, Arkansas, Sy has been involved in agriculture his whole life. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and started his seed research career with Syngenta Seeds in Bay, Arkansas.
Sy lives in Harrisburg with his wife Tara, an ASU Nursing graduate and their two children, Gentrye and Ross. They attend Harrisburg Church of Christ. When Sy isn’t watching my kids play sports, he enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.
Dustin is a native of Greenville, Mississippi. He started his career at the USDA Agricultural Research Station in Stoneville and has since gained 14 years of experience in agricultural field research. He’s also held positions at the Delta Research & Extension Center in Stoneville and the Rice Research & Extension Center in Stuttgart, Arkansas. He attended both Delta State and Mississippi State University.
